a little self promotion
John Patrick is an Editorial Photographer specialising in Sports & Portraits based in West London. Growing up with incrediaile parents and a younger brother who taught him hard work and self belief, John Patrick eventually found photography was what calling via a camera thanks to the encourgament and wisdom bestowed to him by his father, who was a keen photographer. At a young age, John Patrick loved all types of sports and computers
"I like to consider myself a worker bee and never being truly satisfied until the job is finished. I've never subscribed to the mental satisfaction of "That'll do", because it will be me behind the camera delivering the best quality of work I can for the client, so I will always try to give that extra 10% of quality given the opportunity. However, its takes more then just creating a good picture, building a professional repore and trust between client and photographer is super important to maintain a long lasting relationship.
I always believe hard work beats talent every time and I have been fortunate & proud to see my sports photographs published on a variety of major international newspapers and websites, in particular, The Times, The Telegraph, The Guardian, The Observer, The Sun, The Mirror, Daily Mail, Daily Star, The Evening Standard, The Metro, When Saturday Comes Magazine, Irish Independent online, BBC Sport, ESPN, NBC Sport, CNBC, Bloomberg, Microsoft MSN, Total Football, Tennis Magazine Japan, Yahoo Sports, The New Yorker and Sports Illustrated.”
